From mobility to max resistance, Gorila Bands cater to every fitness need.

• Light Resistance (Red, Black, Purple): Ideal for pull-up assistance and lighter exercises such as lateral raises, pull aparts and warmup routines. The narrower bands are perfect for beginners but also excel in stretching exercises, rehabilitation activities, and in enhancing overall mobility.
• Medium Resistance (Purple, Green): Tailored for intermediate strength training and flexibility work. Great for more challenging warmups and enhancing muscle tone.
